To support a growing Shared Services Team, the full-time Clinical Support Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls related to clinical trial participation and pharmacy locator services, working remotely and requiring availability on one weekend day each week. Key responsibilities Handle calls regarding clinical trial opportunities and assist patients in locating pharmacies for their prescriptions Document interactions accurately in the CRM and follow established procedures for screening and scheduling participants Navigate multiple systems and adapt to various client programs while maintaining quality and accuracy in a high-volume environment Required qualifications Experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or contact center setting Strong computer and data-entry skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions Reliable attendance and punctuality, with a commitment to a full-time schedule including weekends Familiarity with clinical research or pharmacy services is a plus but not required
