In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners, answering inbound calls, scheduling service and installation appointments, and providing clear, friendly guidance on HVAC services. You’ll document customer needs, coordinate with technicians and dispatch, and follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved.
