Customer ServiceRepresentative - Bilingual Preferred

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Your Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and process requests fornew service, cancellations, or changes .
• Accept and processcustomer payments , research billing inquiries, and update account information.
• Work with customers and internal Waste Connections teams to identify service needs, resolve issues, and providesafe, costeffective, environmentally sound solutions .

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred (English + Spanish).
• 2+ years of highvolumecustomer serviceexperience .
• Proficiency withMicrosoft Word, Excel, and Outlook .
• Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
