Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and drivers. You will help resolve issues, monitor deliveries, and ensure customers receive timely and professional service.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and business partners by phone and email
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Identify and resolve customer issues
- Monitor delivery routes and progress
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
- Process delivery order changes and cancellations
Qualifications
- Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year of xhqgsiq related experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle pressure while providing effective solutions
