Customer Service Representative

Customer Care Representative (ServiceMax)

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, helping ensure a seamless experience while supporting Philips' mission of improving people's health and well-being through meaningful innovation.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
• Respond to non-technical product and service-related questions with professionalism and accuracy
• Route customer requests and inquiries to the appropriate internal teams
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within ServiceMax and related systems
• Research and resolve customer issues by leveraging established procedures and available resources
• Prioritize, organize, and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced contact center environment
• Exercise sound judgment to determine appropriate solutions while adhering to Philips policies and processes
• Collaborate across teams to support customer satisfaction and operational excellence

You're a Great Fit If You Have

• Previous customer service, contact center, customer support, or call center experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working with CRM or service management platforms is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing support environment
• Familiarity with ServiceMax, Salesforce, or similar service management systems
• Experience supporting customers in healthcare, medical device, or related industries is a plus
