About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a healthcare-focused team supporting patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and problem-solving skills who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
• Provide professional, accurate, and customer-focused support.
• Assist with prescription refills and coordinate medication shipments.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and follow-up.
• Communicate next steps clearly and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow established healthcare policies and procedures.
• Maintain flexibility to support business needs and scheduling requirements.

Training & Work Schedule

• First 6–8 weeks: Onsite training, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• After successful completion of training: Hybrid/remote schedule, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
• Candidates must be comfortable working onsite during training.
• Depending on productivity, attendance, and performance, onsite work may be required again.

Qualifications

• Previous call center/customer service experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed of 35+ WPM.
• Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required before or on the first day of employment.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
