Customer Service Representative
Global Face Group is looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our Los Angeles team as Customer Service Representatives.
This is a full-time, entry-level, in-person position focused on customer interaction and representing client campaigns throughout the Los Angeles area. Previous industry experience is not required, as training and ongoing support are provided.
What You'll Do
Engage with customers face-to-face in a professional and approachable manner
Represent client campaigns and communicate information clearly to customers
Answer questions and help customers understand available products, services, or campaign information
Assist interested customers through the appropriate sign-up or enrollment process
Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
Work alongside the wider team to achieve individual and campaign goals
Participate in ongoing training and development
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A professional and positive approach when working with customers
Comfortable working in a face-to-face environment
Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
Willingness to learn and take on feedback
No previous industry experience required
Compensation & Development
Starting pay of $17 per hour
