- Research customer concerns and provide accurate information or solutions
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Follow established procedures, policies, and security guidelines
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity standards
- Work effectively with team members in a fast-paced office environment
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or contact center experience preferred
- Financial services or banking experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
- Comfortable using computers and multiple systems
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls professionally
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
