Customer Service Representative - Insurance

Processing Property and Casualty policies remotely, the full-time Service Representative will manage claims and underwriting clerical work while ensuring compliance and responding to inquiries from various stakeholders. Key responsibilities Process endorsements for Personal and Commercial lines and manage renewals for Commercial accounts Complete assigned claims and underwriting clerical functions and respond promptly to correspondence from brokers, agents, and other parties Review property inspections and building cost estimators while adhering to internal controls and procedures Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance Understanding of personal and commercial policies High school diploma or GED required; insurance education such as INS, CPCU, CIC, or AU is a plus Previous claims or underwriting assistant experience is advantageous Access to high-speed internet and a home office setup is mandatory
