- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
- Resolve service problems and ensure customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
About You:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience.
- Excellent communication and probing/problem-solving skills.
- Flexible in shifting schedule and capable of handling escalations and disputes.
Work from Home Requirements:
- Internet access by cable or fiber with minimum 10mbps download and upload.
- Hardwired into PC/Laptop; wireless access not permitted.
- Backup ISP / Internet is required.
