To enhance customer satisfaction and retention, the full-time Customer Service Representative - CO will provide accurate and timely information to members and patients while managing inquiries and issues remotely from Colorado. Key responsibilities: Handle member inquiries related to eligibility, benefits, billing, and complaints while documenting all interactions accurately Initiate contact with relevant health plan personnel to gather necessary information for resolving customer concerns Support compliance with organizational standards and maintain the privacy and confidentiality of customer information Required qualifications: Minimum two (2) years of customer service or KP member-interacting experience High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required Ability to pass required testing, including contact center simulation and typing tests Demonstrated analytical skills and familiarity with systems used within the MSCC Must reside in Colorado for remote work eligibility
