Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

Pay: $19–$20 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in Cincinnati, Ohio. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, resolving questions, and working in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service
• Assist customers with questions regarding orders, accounts, products, or services
• Research customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems
• Document customer interactions and follow-up activities
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
• Process customer requests and maintain accurate records
• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure issues are resolved
• Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 0–3 years of customer service, call center, administrative support, or related experience preferred
• Entry-level candidates with strong communication and customer service skills are encouraged to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone and through email
• Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests
• High school diploma or equivalent
