Our client, a family-owned pest control business, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. They are growing and looking for someone who can understand and contribute to their mission.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$25/hr
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative will respond to client requests via phone and email. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential to work from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Responsibilities Of The Customer Service Representative
  • Answer phone and email inquiries from customers to place orders.
  • Update and maintain order information within the CRM system.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting.
  • Handle outbound sales calls to drive business.
Required Experience/Skills For The Customer Service Representative
  • 2+ years of customer service or sales support experience is required.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations, solve problems, and provide white-glove customer service.
Preferred Experience/Skills For The Customer Service Representative
  • Knowledge of pest control is a plus.
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma is required.
