RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- The Customer Service Representative will engage with customers by phone, email, and online chat to answer product and order-related questions
- The Customer Service Representative resolve customer concerns and coordinate next steps with internal teams
- Enter customer orders accurately and maintain supporting information
- Partner with accounts and inside sales to provide timely, responsive service
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- Prior customer service experience required
- Direct order entry experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
