I’m looking for an experienced Ocean Import Customer Service Manager for a full-time opportunity in the Bridgewater, NJ area.

The ideal candidate will bring:

🔹 5+ years of Ocean Import / Freight Forwarding / NVOCC experience

🔹 3+ years of team leadership/supervisory experience

🔹 Strong FCL/LCL and door-to-door shipment knowledge

🔹 Experience with customs clearance, documentation, carrier coordination, pricing/quoting, and tracking & tracing

🔹 CargoWise One experience is a plus
