This role is 100% remote and requires weekend flexibility with 40–50 hrs per week.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to delivery drivers to set expectations and instructions
- Train and re-educate drivers on compliance
- Address delivery issues with urgency and empathy
- Analyze and interpret delivery data to identify trends
- Execute workflows to meet SLAs
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years project coordination experience (technology or grocery/convenience)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Typing speed 40+ WPM, above average tech fluency
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, G-Suite; familiarity with Slack, Salesforce, Atlassian a plus
