Customer Service Associate - No Experience Required (Vienna) | $60,000-$85,000

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Associate in Vienna, VA. You will work directly with clients and team members every day, using the communication skills you already have.

What you will do:

• Greet clients, answer questions and help them understand their options
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the team
• Follow up with clients by phone and email to keep things on track
• Maintain accurate records and update client files
• Coordinate with team members to make sure each client gets timely support
