Customer Service Associate - No Experience Required (Centennial) | $60,000-$85,000

Each morning you review your open cases, confirm any scheduled callbacks and check for new client requests that came in overnight. From there, the workday moves through a mix of direct client contact, documentation and follow-up.

Core responsibilities in this role:

• Respond to client questions about coverage, options and next steps with clear and accurate information
• Schedule follow-up calls and coordinate with internal team members to resolve open items
• Keep client records current and document every interaction accurately
• Follow up consistently to make sure nothing falls through and clients feel supported
• Learn product knowledge and communication best practices through structured onboarding and ongoing training
