Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound calls regarding property insurance
- Provide detailed information to borrowers, carriers, and agents
- De-escalate calls and process complaints professionally
- Manage disbursement of property insurance premiums
- Cross-train to assist with borrower follow-ups
- Answer help desk questions and provide support
- Maintain availability standards, schedule adherence, and attendance guidelines
- Update records and note systems as required
- Deliver timely, accurate customer service to ensure satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Experience:
- 0–2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage high call volumes and maintain professionalism
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
