Customer Service & Sales Work From Home
One Agency is looking for motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our growing remote team. This position combines customer service, relationship building, and sales while helping individuals and families understand benefit options available to them.
You’ll work from home, connect with clients virtually, answer questions, provide personalized guidance, and help clients select solutions that fit their needs. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
What You’ll Do
Connect with clients by phone and virtual meetings
Provide friendly, professional customer service
Answer questions about available benefit and coverage options
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Conduct virtual presentations and consultations
Assist clients with applications and required documentation
Follow up with clients and maintain long-term relationships
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development

Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and through video meetings
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home

Customer service, sales, hospitality, or call-centre experience is an asset but not required
