We are looking for motivated, personable, and goal-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service & Sales Representatives. This is a fully remote opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and building strong professional relationships.
What You’ll Do
Connect with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
Answer questions and provide professional customer service
Conduct virtual consultations and presentations
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up with clients and assist throughout the enrollment process
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service and sales-oriented mindset
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Professional, reliable, and organized
Comfortable communicating with clients over the phone and virtually
Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance Licence.
