Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound/outbound customer care and sales calls with professionalism and empathy
- Engage customers in consultative conversations to understand needs and recommend services
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to add value for customers
- Schedule technicians and ensure seamless communication with operations team
- Follow company procedures for scheduling, documentation, and follow‑up
- Meet and exceed goals related to sales, scheduling accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- 3+ years of customer service experience (preferably phone‑based or call center)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Entry‑level sales or goal‑driven experience (upselling, lead follow‑up, appointment booking)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through on details
- Comfort with multi‑line phone systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Dependable, proactive attitude with desire to grow
Preferred:
- Experience with Service Titan software
