Customer Service & Brand Ambassador – Hybrid/RemoteThe Brothers That Just Do Gutters is looking for a Customer Service & Brand Ambassador to join our team. This is a unique hybrid position combining customer service and office administration (approximately 75%) with local marketing, social media, and community events (approximately 25%).Most administrative and customer service responsibilities can be performed remotely from home. But this isn't a 100% remote position. You'll also be one of the local faces of our company—representing us at town fairs, farmers markets, home shows, and community events and helping us stay visible and engaged on local social media.What You'll Do: Customer Service & Administration – Approximately 75%Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional mannerHelp customers schedule estimates and appointmentsRespond to basic questions and direct customers to the appropriate team memberAssist with customer follow-ups and communicationsMaintain accurate customer information and recordsProvide administrative support to our sales and management teamsHelp coordinate schedules and appointmentsPerform general administrative and office responsibilitiesMuch of this portion of the position can be performed remotely.Brand Ambassador, Local Marketing & Social Media – Approximately 25%Work with our sales team to identify local marketing opportunitiesResearch and coordinate town fairs, farmers markets, home shows, community events, and other opportunities to promote our companyAttend selected events as a representative of The Brothers That Just Do GuttersTalk with homeowners about our company and services and generate leads for our sales teamCoordinate event materials, signage, displays, and promotional itemsCreate and post engaging local content on Facebook and other social media platformsShare photos of completed projects, community involvement, employees, customer stories, seasonal information, and other locally relevant contentLook for opportunities to engage with local Facebook groups, community pages, organizations, and businessesTake photos and short videos at company and community events for social mediaHelp develop new grassroots marketing ideas and community partnershipsWe're not looking for a full-time digital marketing expert.
