About the Role

Connect with clients through scheduled phone and virtual appointments

Assist with online applications and required documentation
Address questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Follow up with clients who require additional information or assistance
Maintain accurate and organized digital records
Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings
