We’re adding new representatives to our virtual team and looking for individuals who are professional, motivated, and comfortable connecting with people.
This role focuses on helping individuals and families learn more about benefit programs available to them. You’ll conduct scheduled virtual appointments, answer questions, provide relevant information, and support clients as they complete the enrollment process.
Prior industry experience isn’t necessary. You’ll receive step-by-step training, licensing support, and ongoing mentorship to help you become confident in the role.
A Typical Day
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting scheduled client appointments by phone or video
Asking questions to understand each client’s situation and priorities
Reviewing available programs and explaining how they work
Helping clients complete applications and supporting documentation
Answering questions throughout the enrollment process
Following up with clients when additional assistance is required
Managing client information and maintaining accurate digital records
Taking part in ongoing virtual training and team development
