Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Customer Service Agent - German will manage inquiries via email, phone, and social media while working remotely from Brazil during the hours of 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. Key responsibilities Handle customer service inquiries and manage incoming calls and chats to resolve incidents Provide accurate and complete information while following communication procedures and policies Engage customers proactively and follow up on complaints to ensure resolution Required qualifications High proficiency in German (oral & written) and fluency in English, Spanish, or Portuguese Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service roles Familiarity with Zendesk is preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Must reside in Brazil
