We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing remote team in a client-focused position. This role involves working with individuals and families, providing information about available benefit solutions, assisting with applications, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
Most client interactions take place through scheduled virtual appointments, allowing you to work from home while managing your own daily schedule and responsibilities.
Prior experience in the benefits industry is not necessary. New representatives receive training, guidance, and ongoing coaching to become comfortable with the systems, client process, and responsibilities of the position.
Your Day-to-Day
You will serve as a primary point of contact for new and existing clients. Responsibilities include:
Speak with clients through scheduled phone and video appointments.
Ask questions to better understand each client's individual situation and priorities.
Review available benefit and coverage solutions with clients.
Provide clear answers regarding programs, eligibility, and available options.
Assist clients with completing applications and required documentation.
Support existing clients with account questions, coverage changes, and service requests.
Schedule follow-ups and maintain communication throughout the client relationship.
Keep accurate records of appointments and client interactions.
Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, and professional development.
Manage your workload independently while meeting individual performance objectives.
