Customer Relationship Representative

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Customer Relationship Representative will manage customer inquiries and concerns, utilizing technology and product knowledge to enhance customer experiences for luxury automobile brands while working onsite in Asheville, NC. Key responsibilities Own the customer experience by building rapport and anticipating needs through authentic connections Promptly process customer inquiries and resolve issues with accuracy to meet service level metrics Maintain exceptional product knowledge and partner with vendors for troubleshooting and resolution Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or public relations Previous experience supporting customers through phone interaction preferred Experience with customer contact systems is required Interest or experience in technology is preferred
