Customer Reference Program Specialist

Managing the day-to-day operations of the customer reference program, the full-time Customer Reference Program Specialist will match customers with prospects, coordinate reference calls and events, and maintain a healthy reference pool in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Match reference requests from sales teams to suitable customers based on various criteria and manage logistics for reference calls and events Identify and recruit new reference customers while maintaining accurate records and monitoring participation levels to prevent fatigue Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate references into campaigns and events, ensuring sales teams can easily access approved reference assets Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in marketing, customer advocacy, or a similar customer-facing program role Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Hands-on experience with customer reference or advocacy programs Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent requests Comfort working with data and tracking systems to report on program performance
