To support the proposal development process, the full-time Customer Proposals Specialist will create accurate, compelling responses to RFPs and other procurement requests for EBSCO's FOLIO Library Services Platform, collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop customer-focused responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other procurement documents for FOLIO and related SaaS solutions Analyze customer requirements and coordinate proposal projects from initial review through submission, ensuring quality and compliance Research library workflows and EBSCO solutions to create complete and accurate proposal content while maintaining a response repository Required qualifications 2+ years' experience in a sales or corporate environment with a focus on communication or writing 2+ years of professional writing, research, or proposal development experience Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate information across stakeholders Master of Library Science or equivalent graduate library degree preferred Experience in responding to formal procurement documents such as RFPs and RFIs is advantageous
