We are currently seeking an exceptional Customer Program Specialist to support intermediate to complex customer accounts and contracts through outstanding service, strong partnership, and operational excellence.The RoleThe Customer Program Specialist is accountable for building and maintaining strong customer relationships by delivering high-quality service and operational support.

This role requires an advanced understanding of customer operations, contract administration, and internal processes, while serving as a key liaison between customers and internal teams. You will proactively manage customer accounts, investigate and resolve issues, support contract execution, and ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong working relationships with external customers and internal partnersMaintain advanced knowledge of Incora customer requirements, distribution methods, and contract termsProvide excellent customer service through fast, accurate, and professional response to requestsRespond promptly to customer inquiries related to order status, availability, and delivery plansProcess, review, release, and prioritize incoming orders daily to meet customer delivery requirementsRun and review open order reports daily to ensure on-time shipmentVerify order releases against contract requirements for accuracy and complianceManage bin maintenance, backorders, and contract changes accurately and timelyCoordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain to sustain inventory levels for contract fulfillmentResolve backorders and support root cause initiatives with a target of zero backordersInvestigate and resolve intermediate to complex customer issues in alignment with company policiesProvide LTA (Long-Term Agreement) contract administration supportProcess customer returns (RMAs) and ensure proper documentationEnsure quality flow-downs are correctly applied during contract reviewInterface directly with customer auditors to support compliance with customer specificationsUpdate customer portals with shipping and delivery information to maintain high performance ratingsPrepare, manage, and follow through on customer expedite requestsTrain and mentor sales team members, as assignedParticipate in ad hoc projects, departmental meetings, and company training initiativesOur ValuesSuccess at Incora starts with living our values every day:Courage – Take ownership of issues and challengesCollaboration – Share knowledge and support one anotherCommitment – Deliver on internal and external customer expectationsCommunity – Value people and the world we shareEducationHigh School Diploma or GED requiredBachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, or Supply Chain preferred (or equivalent experience)Qualifications & Experience3–5 years of combined Sales and Customer Service experience (aerospace industry preferred)Demonstrated ability to manage intermediate to complex customer accountsProven success conducting root cause analysis and resolving customer issuesStrong customer service mindset with the ability to work tactfully and professionallyExcellent organizational, time-management, and follow-through skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal, written, and presentation skills with a focus on quality and serviceHigh attention to detail with accurate data entry and documentation practicesIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to drive resultsWhat Incora OffersCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefitsEligibility for company incentive programs8 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidaysFlexTime policy for exempt employees80 hours of exempt sick time2 weeks paid parental leaveMultiple health plan options with competitive premiumsEmployer-paid life insurance (1× salary), STD, and LTD401(k) with company matchEmployee discount portal via PerkSpotA modern, first-class work environmentClear opportunities for career growth as part of the Incora StoryEqual Opportunity EmployerIncora is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
