Chesapeake Search Partners is partnering with a leading uniform rental and linen services company to identify a Customer Operations Coordinator in the Baltimore area!
This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, proactive professional who enjoys coordinating projects, improving processes, and keeping customer operations running smoothly.
The Customer Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Operations and Service leadership teams, coordinating customer account installations, managing contract renewals, and overseeing customer transitions and cancellations. This individual will work cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Finance, Production, and Operations to ensure timelines are met, communication stays clear, and workflows move forward efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in customer operations, project coordination, service coordination, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating multi-step processes across multiple departments.
- Strong systems aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to identify issues, manage priorities, and keep projects on track.
- Experience in uniform/linen rental, logistics, route-based services, or a recurring B2B service environment is a plus.
Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
