For a recent or upcoming college graduate who is curious, dependable, and ready to build a strong business foundation, this role offers valuable exposure to multiple sides of a growing operation.This Role Offers:Hands-on training designed to help an early-career professional develop practical business skills.Broad exposure to customer service, order management, inventory, logistics, and daily operations.A collaborative environment where initiative, reliability, and willingness to learn are valued.A strong starting point for someone interested in building a long-term career in customer service, sales, operations, supply chain, or business leadership.Focus:Build practical experience across customer service, order coordination, inventory support, and branch operations while learning how a local distribution business works.Help customers in person, over the phone, and by email, responding to questions and helping move requests toward accurate solutions.Enter and review customer orders, confirm key details, and communicate updates so transactions stay accurate and on track.Learn the product portfolio and internal processes needed to support customers with increasing confidence.Support inventory flow by receiving, organizing, stocking, locating, and preparing materials as needed.Coordinate with teammates on order readiness, pickups, and deliveries to help maintain dependable customer service.Participate in hands-on training across customer service, systems, products, inventory, and day-to-day business operations.Skill Set:Recent college graduate or upcoming graduate.
