Customer Materials AnalystThe Customer Materials Analyst supports pricing, material planning, commercialization, and finance-related supply chain activities. This role serves as a key link between suppliers, internal teams, and field operations to ensure accurate system setup, continuity of supply, and effective cross-functional execution.Responsibilities:Pricing ManagementMaintain pricing in systems to support accurate purchasing and planning activitiesManage trade agreements, vendor price lists, and pricing updates across relevant stakeholdersCommunicate pricing changes to field teams and material planners in a timely mannerResolve pricing and invoice discrepancies in partnership with Accounts Payable and suppliersPlanning & Vendor RelationsIssue purchase orders to suppliers for materials to deliver to producing plants based on MRP ForecastsCoordinate vendor setup and onboarding activities to support efficient supplier activationEscalate material shortages, delayed deliveries, and other supply issues as neededManage supplier usage reporting and support external reporting requirementsHandle delivery issues, claims, and freight term coordination with suppliers and internal partnersMaintain vendor terms and agreements in support of procurement operationsFinance SupportCoordinate accrual-related activities with the Planning teamSupport obsolescence tracking in partnership with Commercialization and FinanceIdentify and communicate cost changes related to freight, supplier pricing, and delivery termsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experienceThree or more years of experience in procurement, materials planning, or supply chainProficiency with ERP systems, preferably D365 and MapicsStrong Excel, data analysis, and cross-functional communication skillsPreferred: Experience in CPG or food/beverage industryKnowledge of BOM management and part lifecycle processesExperience supporting supplier relationships and procurement operationsWe are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
