The Customer Lending Representative (CLR) is an entry-level opportunity designed for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in the mortgage industry. Through hands-on training, one-on-one mentorship from experienced Mortgage Loan Officers, and a clearly defined career path, you'll develop the skills and knowledge needed to grow into a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys helping people, has strong customer service skills, and is willing to work hard to build a successful career. No mortgage experience is required—we invest in training the right people. Follow a structured call script to understand borrower goals and determine eligibility Ask qualifying questions to identify high-intent prospects for mortgage purchase or refinance needs Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely notes within CRM systems
Excellent customer service mindset with a passion for helping others Strong work ethic and desire to build a long-term career in sales and mortgage lending
Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, banking, or sales experience Familiarity with loan processing software is a plus but not required
