Owning the client relationship end-to-end, the full-time remote Customer Lead will sell engagements, set up systems, onboard clients, and drive adoption while managing the entire client lifecycle without handoffs. Key responsibilities Run live discovery sessions to demonstrate the system using the prospect's data Configure system connectors and skill files to ensure quick client go-live within 1-2 weeks Track client usage and engagement to drive adoption and facilitate quarterly growth sessions Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, consulting, or customer-facing analytics Ability to identify tasks within a client's business that can be automated by AI Experience in demonstrating products using live data rather than traditional pitching methods Hands-on capability to configure systems and build strong client relationships Motivated by individual client ownership and growth rather than team management
