Supporting customer onboarding and integration processes, the full-time Customer Integrations Specialist will guide clients through setup steps for Gymdesk's integrations, ensuring they achieve successful implementation while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage customer outreach and provide guidance for integration setup via phone, email, and video calls Coordinate with internal teams and assist customers in completing setup for Branded Member Apps, Door Access, and Gymdesk Payments Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and share weekly updates on customer progress and common obstacles Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer success, onboarding, implementation, or a similar customer-facing role Experience with SaaS, payments, or implementation is a plus Familiarity with HubSpot workflows and service pipelines is advantageous Comfortable using CRM and remote work tools such as Slack and Google Workspace Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing, on the phone, and via video
