Key responsibilities Engage with customers via emails, live chats, social media, phone calls, and video consultations to deliver outstanding service experiences Provide informed support by staying up-to-date with products, launches, and promotions Address customer concerns regarding orders, checkout, or product assembly swiftly and professionally Required qualifications One year of experience in a customer service role with notable achievements Comfortable using innovative technologies, including AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude Outstanding proficiency in English (spoken and written); French is an asset Availability to work from 8 AM to 12 AM EST, 7 days a week (40 hours per week) Previous customer service experience in a contact center is beneficial but not required
