Newton Research is seeking a Technical Program Manager to coordinate all inbound customer work for Engineering from our Boston/ NYC-based teams. You will ensure requests are clearly scoped, prioritized, and delivered on time, acting as the bridge between customer groups and Engineering.
You will own intake for customer requests, collaborate across Account Management, Sales Engineering, and Product, and establish repeatable processes for prioritization and delivery.
