Customer Focus Program Manager — Lead Delivery & Strategy

Plexus Corp. in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking a Program Manager to lead the tactical interface between the customer and Plexus functional areas, guiding the Customer Focus Team and managing day-to-day relationships.

You will serve as the voice of Plexus to the customer and the voice of the customer to Plexus, ensuring delivery commitments, quarterly business reviews, site visits, and cost and quality improvements across the organization.
