Working closely with US-based customers, the full-time Customer-Facing Security Engineer will configure and customize the Hypernative platform, provide hands-on support, and deliver training sessions while ensuring effective communication regarding security issues and risks. Key responsibilities Assist customers in analyzing their Web3 assets and evaluating security postures while advising on optimal configurations for risk monitoring tools Maintain continuous communication with customers to keep them informed of potential security issues and shifts in the threat landscape Configure and customize the Hypernative platform for each customer's environment, including scripting integrations and custom monitoring logic in Python Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field In-depth understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized systems, and blockchain security concepts Advanced understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices as they apply to digital assets and blockchain technologies Working proficiency in Python for scripting and custom monitoring logic Proven track record of effective customer-facing engagements with a customer-first attitude
