Role & responsibilities
- Call Type : Inbound & Outbound Voice Process (Domestic calls)
- Languages Required : English + Hindi (or regional languages like Kannada, Telugu, Tamil)
- Call Purpose : Assisting customers with real estate listings, plan upgrades, and service inquiries
- Shift Type : Rotational shifts (Day availability)
- Daily Expectation : Handling customer calls while logging real-time updates into the CRM system

Language & Communication Requirements
- Fluency : Strong verbal communication skills in English combined with Hindi or regional languages (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, etc.).
- Active Listening : Ability to listen patiently, understand user queries clearly, and respond with empathy without interrupting.
- Clarity & Articulation : Clear pronunciation and the ability to explain complex platform features or listing details in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
