We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join their growing remote team.

As a Customer Experience Specialist , you'll help deliver exceptional customer experiences by managing enquiries, resolving issues, supporting customer journeys, and working closely with internal teams to ensure outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and online channels.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and customer support.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Build strong relationships and enhance the customer experience.
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate customer records.
- Support customer onboarding and account management activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer processes and service delivery.

Previous experience as a Customer Experience Specialist, Customer Success Associate, Customer Service Advisor, Client Services Coordinator, Customer Support Advisor, Account Coordinator, Client Support Specialist, or Customer Care Representative is beneficial but not essential .
