We are hiring Customer Experience Agents to support clients in a fully remote environment.
This position is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, comfortable communicating online, and enjoys making things easier for others. You’ll help clients navigate appointments, questions, documentation, and general follow-up while providing a professional and positive experience from beginning to end.
No previous experience is required. New team members receive training, guidance, and continued support to help them learn the role and develop the skills needed to succeed.
The Opportunity
Customer Experience Agents play an important role in keeping communication clear and organized.
You’ll work directly with clients through phone calls, virtual meetings, email, text, and online systems. Some conversations may involve answering simple questions, while others may involve scheduling appointments, helping with paperwork, updating information, or following up on previous requests.
The goal is simple: make sure every client receives timely, friendly, and professional assistance.
You’ll also work closely with other team members to ensure information is accurate and clients are connected with the appropriate person when additional assistance is needed.
Your Main Responsibilities
In this role, you may be responsible for:
Welcoming and assisting new clients
Responding to general client questions
Communicating through phone, email, text, and virtual platforms
Scheduling and coordinating online appointments
Confirming appointment times and sending reminders
Following up with clients after previous conversations
Helping clients complete basic digital forms
Reviewing information for completeness
Updating contact details and client records
Keeping accurate notes regarding client interactions
Rescheduling appointments when necessary
Providing information about available services and next steps
Directing specialized questions to the appropriate team member
Maintaining organized communication throughout the client process
Supporting basic administrative and customer service tasks
Participating in team training and virtual meetings
