Want a job where you’re helping people instead of staring at a screen all day? We’re hiring a friendly, sharp Customer Experience Associate for our Spectrum retail location in downtown Dayton. You’ll be the first person customers talk to, and you’ll help them find the services that fit their home or business.
You don’t need to know the product. Good people skills and a drive to learn fast are what count.
What a typical day looks like
- Greeting customers as they come in and finding out what they need
- Walking them through Spectrum’s services and recommending the best fit
- Helping with sign-ups, upgrades, and account questions
- Following up with customers and keeping conversations going
- Entering customer details accurately
- Checking in with your team on goals and progress
You’re a great fit if you
- Are 18 or older
- Can work 5 days a week, minimum
- Can pass a background check
- Can start right away
- Are confident talking to strangers and bounce back quickly from a “not today”
- Like having targets to chase and a team to chase them with
