As our Customer Experience Associate, you'll be the first point of contact and the lasting impression for our clients and visitors. • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing daily office operations, and maintaining a tidy reception area to uphold our firm’s professional image.
• Client Experience: Enhance client interactions by ensuring a smooth, personable, and efficient communication flow from the front desk.
