Customer Experience Agent - REMOTE

Phoenix, AZ • Posted 3 days ago
Remote Full Time General

We are currently expanding our remote team and looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated individuals to join us as Customer Experience Agents.

This role is focused on creating a smooth and positive experience for clients from their first interaction through each step of the process. You’ll communicate with clients virtually, answer general questions, help organize appointments, provide information, assist with online documentation, and make sure each person knows what to expect next.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, and providing helpful service in a professional work-from-home environment.

No previous experience is required. Training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided to help you become comfortable with the systems, communication process, and day-to-day responsibilities.

Your Role

As a Customer Experience Agent, you’ll be one of the main points of contact for clients.

Your goal will be to make every interaction simple, professional, and helpful. Some clients may be reaching out for the first time, while others may need help with an appointment, documentation, follow-up, or general questions.

You’ll use phone, Zoom, email, text, and other online communication tools to keep clients informed and help move each interaction forward efficiently.

This role combines customer service, appointment coordination, administrative support, and relationship building.

What a Typical Day May Include

Your daily responsibilities may include:

Connecting with new and existing clients through phone and virtual communication

Responding to questions in a friendly and professional manner

Helping clients understand available services and next steps

Scheduling virtual appointments based on client availability

Confirming upcoming appointments and providing reminders

Following up with clients who need additional assistance

Helping reschedule missed or cancelled appointments

Assisting with basic online forms and digital documentation

Updating client information and keeping records accurate

Maintaining organized notes after client interactions

Providing general support before and after virtual appointments

Directing more detailed questions to the appropriate team member

Helping ensure clients receive timely communication

Supporting the team with basic administrative and scheduling tasks

Participating in virtual meetings, training sessions, and coaching

Creating a Positive Client Experience

A large part of this role is making sure clients feel comfortable and supported throughout the process.

You’ll help by communicating clearly, listening carefully to questions, following up when needed, and making sure clients understand what happens next.

You do not need to know everything on your first day. Training is provided so you can gradually learn the systems, communication guidelines, and processes used by the team.

We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn, stay organized, and consistently provide professional service.
