Serving as a critical liaison for Department of Defense customers, the full-time Customer Engineer with Security Clearance will manage customer engagement activities, perform system monitoring, and provide technical guidance while working primarily remotely. Key Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate customer engagement activities to build strong relationships and provide direct support Monitor system performance to proactively identify issues and ensure platform health Gather and analyze customer requirements to translate operational needs into technical solutions and enhancements Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 5+ years of experience in a Customer Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role Proven experience supporting Department of Defense (DOD) customers Demonstrable experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and architecture Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain one) is required
