Our team supports customer acquisition and market expansion initiatives within the growing telecommunications industry, including opportunities connected to Arizona's evolving Cox and Spectrum telecommunications landscape.

No previous experience is required! We provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Engagement Associate, you'll represent telecommunications products and services while helping customers learn about connectivity solutions available to them.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with prospective customers through face-to-face interactions
- Building relationships and creating positive customer experiences
- Educating customers about available internet and telecommunications services
- Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate service options
- Supporting customer acquisition through direct sales and outreach
- Answering questions and assisting customers throughout the enrollment process
- Working with your team to achieve customer acquisition goals
- Participating in daily training, coaching, and professional development
- Supporting customer engagement initiatives across assigned Arizona territories
As you develop your skills, you may have opportunities to assist with team training, leadership development, and market expansion initiatives.
