Supporting the portfolio operating rhythm, the full-time hybrid Customer Data Project Manager will manage intake coordination, roadmap visibility, and delivery coordination across customer data, CRM, and analytics workstreams. Key responsibilities Facilitate recurring portfolio cadences, including status updates and roadmap reviews Organize new requests across the portfolio, ensuring documentation aligns with business objectives Maintain visibility of CRM, MarTech, and analytics priorities within the broader roadmap Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in project or program management within CRM, marketing technology, or digital/MarTech Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence; PMP certification preferred Demonstrated ability to develop processes that improve team efficiency and project prioritization Proven ability to lead teams in a collaborative environment and manage vendor relationships
